Owners

Every feature flag and rollout in Flagship has assigned Owners.

Responsibility

Owners are responsible for:

• Defining the Rollout Plan.
• Responding to alerts and halted rollouts.
• Making the final decision to cleanup or archive a flag.

Notifications

Owners receive notifications via:

• Slack/Teams: Instant alerts for rollbacks or warnings.
• Email: Weekly summaries and critical status updates.

GitHub Integration

When you import flags from code, Flagship can automatically suggest owners based on git blame data or CODEOWNERS files.
